I have served interim Leadership roles and have consulted C-suite leadership in all aspects of Strategic Operations including Supply Chain Strategy, Cost Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Network Strategy, Manufacturing and Distribution 4-wall Improvement, Contracting/Sourcing, Re-organizations, etc. Past clients include F1000 companies, small-medium private equity portfolio companies, and government agencies.I have been an entrepreneur since leaving Kearney in 2017. I started an HR Tech company called Siidebar which was a software application that plugged into Outlook and Gmail to help professionals communicate and build relationship with their colleagues around the world. I started an independent consulting business (Blink Consulting) before taking an interim leadership role Channel Control Merchants (previous client). I co-founded and continue to co-organize for The New York Supply Chain Meetup (#TNYSCM), a professional group that has grown to 3,000 members and is expanding globally through The Worldwide Supply Chain Federation. I am also an investor in REFASHIONED, an early-stage supply chain technology venture fund which sources deals from The Worldwide Supply Chain Federation.Most recently I co-founded Strategic Ops Partners, a flat organization comprised of former private equity executives, consultants, and operators who recognize the importance of delivering results quickly through pragmatic planning and execution.
