In my 25 years of work experience, I have focused on M&A in the lower middle market and asset management of multi-location retail, most notably in executing a roll-up strategy in automotive retail. Additionally, I have been successful at building and managing finance and accounting teams, implementing financial accounting and reporting systems, performing Treasury management and risk management, reducing costs, as well as building budgets and forecasts.
