Contract – Technical Project Manager / Applications EngineerAccomplishments: Came on board in the middle of several upgrades taking place for Hiperos, Ariba, and Concur functioning both as a technical project manager and an engineer. Elevated turn around time on enhancements by 25% by handling a series of upgrade requests of like nature and scope and pushing them through the SDLC process in batches in order to decrease time to delivery. A 6 month backlog of work was reduced to 1 month within 6 weeks of coming onboard.• Work both as a Hiperos engineer updating Hiperos functionality through the SDLC using a Kanban board, communicating UAT with internal clientele, and moving all approved changes through to the production environment.• Strong communication ties with client facing product teams up through the VP level. Client very happy with contributions I was able to make in a very short period of time.• Communicate weekly strategy, metrics, accomplishments, and next steps to executive leadership.• Work with other pm’s and engineers to coordinate efforts for testing and implementation as well has environment stability, network security, and application functionality.• All work associated with the Ariba 9r2 and Hiperos 9.2 upgrade projects and support of the existing infrastructure.

Accomplishments: Wrote the Change Management Guiding Principles for Ariba, updated the Process and Procedures docs to create a lower risk and more efficient means of managing Change controls. Worked with managers from the network, DBA, tools, service management, and SA teams to coordinate change controls with dependencies from other teams, aka: engineering by involving all parties into conversations about requirements, planning, and execution as this was a new approach for the office to take.• Manage all aspects of change management within an Agile based environment.• Create process and procedure guidelines for all areas of operation.• Manage all changes going into effect for a cloud based operations environment utilizing Jira as the primary software suite for managing change controls.• Have reduced re-occurrence of incidents by 40% through process improvement steps employed prior to and during changes taking place.• Increased successful change management through requiring management sign-off prior to implementations, incorporating QA steps by all teams post deployment, and creating discussion points after a successful change has been implemented in order to have create a lessons learned matrix.

• Accomplishments: I was quoted $1 million for a 1-minute teaser trailer on top of additional monetary requirements for the script, additional effects, and continued development. I was able to cut initial costs to less than $100,000 for the aforementioned requirements.
