As a co-founder of Novidan, Inc. and the COO, I am thrilled we are entering our 6th year of business in the formative years of the OTC hearing aid industry. We established Novidan to increase accessibility and affordability of hearing, by developing and releasing hearing aids aligning with the OTC Hearing Aid act. As COO of Novidan, I lead all-things operations from product inception to mass production. I am focused on creating exceptional teams of talented individuals, who outperform the sum of their parts, by creating and improving efficient systems.I lead the following areas: manufacturing, quality services, supply chain, accounting, human resources, and regulatory affairs. In addition, I consult on product development projects, sales, and marketing. In each area, I was the individual contributor in these area, until the work grew beyond my capacity, and we were able to hire a specialist full-time to take over. Hiring an excellent team and releasing them to achieve greater levels of performance, has been one of the most rewarding aspects of starting and growing a startup company.
