Responsible for all aspects of marketing for a progressive, multi-location, multi-specialty medical practice. Developed and implemented marketing programs for 14 physicians and 5 locations, including a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center. Coordinated all advertising, general/internal marketing and called on physicians to generate and increase referrals. Developed and implemented a series of highly successful community education seminars to promote practice physicians. This marketing and public relations effort grew to encompass 98 programs in my last 12 months with the organization.

While part of the Marketing Department, created and directed a lead generation program for the organization's large telesales group, which then fed qualified leads and appointments to the outside sales consultants. Also worked as an outside sales consultant to small businesses, providing human resource solutions via the PEO Model.

Member of consulting teams engaged by clients for strategic planning, new product development, market assessment, operations analysis, organizational development, and project management for the payments and financial services industries. Consulting subsidiary transitioned to become the business development arm of Perot's Financial Services vertical. Increased sales pipeline and brand awareness through marketing initiatives such as target customer identification, mailing campaigns, trade shows, and alliance partnerships to shorten the sales cycle. Provided critical sales support resources for key client opportunities.
