Applied physicist working as Program Manager in Advanced Technology. Since starting a career at Draper in 2019, I’ve managed early-stage science & technology (S&T) programs, led integrated photonics efforts, and contributed to LiDAR, digital holography, bio-imaging, and space systems research. I recently completed my M.Sc. in Photonics at Boston University and am looking to work with passionate teams on exciting missions and carve a meaningful path.Before my career in science, I graduated from Bridgewater State University as a (4.0 GPA) Physics and Mathematics double major with a foundation of experimental physics and hands-on optics. I used optical tweezers to study the binding behavior of Doxorubicin to DNA at the BSU Single Molecule Biophysics Lab, was a member of MIT’s Design/Build/Fly team and received the T. Leonard Kelly Award for Physics, James Fitzgerald Memorial Scholarship for Mathematics and the BSU Award for Student Excellence. Outside of work, I enjoy skateboarding, rock climbing, snowboarding, camping and fourth-wave coffee. I take community service and meditation seriously and believe everyone has something to offer.After receiving a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Drexel University in 2011, I moved to China and traveled the world, skateboarding and learning. In 2016, I returned to the US to pursue science.
