In 2023, Brian Philips stepped into his current role with more than 30 years of experience at FedEx. Today he serves as EVP, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for FedEx, and President of FedEx Office. Brian is responsible for managing the global FedEx brand and reputation, as well as driving revenue growth through strategic communications, customer engagement marketing, public affairs, citizenship, sponsorships, media relations, social media, and advertising.He also leads the global FedEx Customer Experience organization of more than 11,000 team members who collaborate to create outstanding experiences for customers through FedEx’s self-service and agent-enabled customer care channels, package research & recovery, packaging services, revenue planning, fraud security & controls, as well as CE global systems, digital and insights. As President of FedEx Office and Print Services, Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of FedEx, Brian has guided the company’s evolution from the corner copy shop into an unparalleled print production and transportation network. Today, more than 14,000 FedEx Office team members serve businesses and individuals at more than 2,000 locations nationwide. A native of Toledo, Ohio, Brian graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and then earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University. He has served on the executive committee for the Dallas Regional Chamber and on the advisory boards for the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and Teach for America, and he is an alumnus of the North Texas chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO.) Brian is also a member of the Maverick chapter of YPO Gold, and he and his family are actively involved in Make a Wish of North Texas.
