Crm Development Manager
CurrentLead the integration applications development team and forge strategic relationships between the delivery team and the sales, sales operations, and marketing organizations. Provide oversight and responsibility for CRM applications (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics), external facing portal and several middleware applications. Collaborate with internal groups to ensure applications are delivering functionality required to meet business needs. Instituted new systems and processes to build efficiencies and increase productivity within the team. Introduced new ticketing and tracking system for all development work. Designed and introduced a Demand Management prioritization and approval process with key business functions to streamline development and delivery of business needs. Introduced Agile-like development methodology for team to streamline the delivery process with less re-work and higher velocity; Serve as scrum master for several large year long projects. Provided team oversight for several enterprise impacting projects including:implementaion and rollout of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics upgrade and SAP integration. Leverage Azure DevOps & Jira throughout completion of enterprise projects
