Working for the worldwide leader in office space provision, I lead the roll-out of Interactive Intelligence's contact centre solution to 19 separate countries, including inbound and forced dialler outbound, and liaison with third parties including carriers.

I managed the Solutions team at Cirquent - the consultants who deliver projects into a diverse range of customers.
