I've shifted license over to StartPoint Realty with whom I'll be working in a remote basis. StartPoint will provide me with the full line of services to address my clients needs as they purchase and sell their real estate. Beyond my activities as a Realtor, Coastal Realty Services is continuing to actively seek investment and renovation opportunities. My sense is that the market will be presenting more renovation opportunities in the coming days.

After surviving the disaster that was the first quarter of 2015, the second quarter has proven to be a solid performing and a profitable quarter. We've successfully brokered a half dozen sales of residential properties with a couple of leasing opportunities also completed. Most importantly we completed the flip of a Falmouth house that had been substantially renovated. While pleased with completing this sale we also received high praise from the property's home inspector who was impressed with the high quality of work throughout the house. With the sale complete, our coffers have been replenished and we're back in the market looking for our next opportunity. If you know of a situation please feel free to call or write.

Underwrote, closed and serviced residential construction loans throughout eastern Massachusetts. Also involved with appraisal review for residential and commercial transactions that were included in the bank's portfolio
