Drive the overall Region's hiring process for our wireless retail locations and be responsible for hiring Retail Sales Consultants and Retail Store Managers. Facilitate all recruiting functions including originating candidates, screening and assessing candidates relative to job requirements, facilitating the interview process, assisting the business in hiring decisions.• Create and implement interview plans based on strategies and real-time needs from the field leadership • Overseeing the ATS process with quick time-to-fill results • Interview candidates and determine the top candidates for management to review • Establish interview schedules with Field Leaders and Store Managers • Ensure a swift selection process, and assist in overseeing candidate completion of pre and post hire paperwork • Facilitate full cycle recruiting in partnership with Field Leadership • Monitor and assess candidate volume for job requisitions and adjust strategy as needed• Update the status of applicants through applicant tracking system• Utilize multiple recruitment strategies to capture quality candidates • Conduct initial phone screens with all applicants • Set up interviews with hiring managers • Post job board ads as needed • Manage relationship with applicants throughout interview process • Verify references before submitting backgrounds • Participate in bi/weekly staff meetings • Proactive sourcing of qualified candidates • Coach managers on interviewing process, etiquette and legal standards • Facilitate the full cycle interview process • Influence leadership in hiring decisions • Facilitate offer process between leadership and candidate • Maintain recruiting statistics and reports • Conduct background checks and other pre-hire qualifiers as requested
