Responsible for business development and implementation of strategic plans to develop relationships with industry associations, companies, and public organizations for the purpose of fundraising for the 28 National University campuses. • Working with Executive Management and Dean of the School of Engineering and Technology, assisted in the creation of the school's Masters Degree in Cyber Security Information Assurance through the formation of the University’s Cyber Security Information Assurance Consortium and Advisory Committee. • Secured $30K in corporate participation and sponsorships for three annual University events supporting the schools of Engineering and Technology, Business and Management, and Education.• Indentified and recruited organizations for the University’s Government Agencies Career Fair for active students and alumni at San Diego and Sacramento Campuses.• Initiated contact and met with local business and public sector leaders for the purpose of recruiting Advisory Board members to University schools including Engineering and Technology, Health and Human Services, and Media and Communications.• Worked with Executive Director to develop, implement, and track over 100 potential donors using a project management system.• Conducted prospect research on organizations most likely to support the University’s financial, gift and scholarship needs for individual schools and University system affiliates.
