Reporting to the President of the Capital Region, this role oversees regional integration, strategic & operational planning efforts, and serves as the principal liaison with the Executive Governance Committee that provides Board oversight. The Executive Director provides senior level support to the NCR President and coordinates governance activities within the region in support of the Board of Trustees of all regional entities. The position supports the NCR President with developing and facilitating plans and forums focused upon regional integration and efficiency improvement efforts.
