I am a partner at CDF Labor Law LLP, a California-focused labor and employment defense law firm with 5 offices throughout the state. My practice focuses on defending companies with workforces in California against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, unfair competition, and wage and hour violations. My practice has a special emphasis on defending companies of all sizes against wage and hour class and collective actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims. I also provide significant day-to-day advice and counseling on how companies can comply with the state’s ever-changing labor and employment laws.In addition to my employment practice, I have significant experience representing businesses against website accessibility claims, brought under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act. My experience includes defending businesses in public access cases, including physical barrier and website accessibility matters.
