Hired to oversee media and public relations for the school district, handling 600 media inquiries annually. Developed and implemented processes, procedures, and best practices to govern media requests, track media coverage, and assess the effectiveness of media and PR strategies. Recruited based on the ability to build strong media relationships. Served as a key advisor on crisis communications for 200 schools. Trained over 250 school principals and senior leaders on effective media engagement.  Authored speeches, reports, brochures, video scripts, and promotional materials.
