Assistant Vice President, Compensation & Benefits
Current- Primary duties include leading enterprise-wide total rewards program strategy and operations including, designing, analyzing, implementing & communicating compensation & benefits programs. Secondary duties include.
- Develop overall employee benefits strategy and oversee execution of all benefit programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Manage compensation programs and processes including, promotion, merit, bonus, deferred compensation, job analysis, market pricing and payroll.
- Provide guidance to Executive Team regarding Total Rewards and serve as advisor to the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee on staff & Executive Compensation.
- Develop and prepare scorecards, metrics, and reports for management concerning Human Resources & Total Rewards activities and operations.
- Partner with external total rewards vendors and legal counsel to ensure that benefits plans are market-competitive and compliant with government regulations. Act as compliance leader for all HR operations.
