CurrentServing as a key member of the district’s sysadmin and IT engineering team, responsibilities included spearheading LMS and Google Workspace implementation and integration while designing data-driven engagement analytics. Developed and delivered IT training through in-person and online mediums for a district with nearly 4,000 employees and 33,000 students across 43 schools. • Led the modernization of an SCCM-based on-premises device management environment, transitioning to a hybrid model leveraging Azure, Entra ID, and Intune. • Oversaw Google Cloud Platform services, including IAM and project management, utilizing BigQuery and Looker Studio to generate, analyze, and present reports on G Suite, device usage, LMS engagement, and other applications for district leadership. • Designed and implemented advanced Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, safeguarding sensitive student and employee information and ensuring compliance with state and federal data privacy regulations. • Managed a Debian-based LAMP stack supporting over 45 school district websites hosted on Joomla, ensuring consistent performance and security. • In response to the pandemic, developed “Ascending with Canvas,” a comprehensive training initiative enabling 1,300 teachers to digitize and personalize curricula using Canvas, Google Workspace, and additional tools, supporting long-term digital transformation. • Collaborated with the curriculum department to establish a district-wide library of Canvas content and resources, enhancing accessibility for educators. • Scripted automation processes for Canvas using Python and its API, streamlining administrative workflows. • Facilitated group and policy management as a Google Workspace administrator, resolving escalated issues and optimizing operational processes.
