I am responsible for Group Compliance for all CJ Sheeran sites and part of the wider management team. I am currently completing Lean Management Green course through LOETB. I previously worked as Head of Business Banking in Laois & Offaly for Bank of Ireland providing financial advice and credit solutions to a wide variety of businesses in various sectors. I joined Bank of Ireland in 1990. Prior to taking up my role in Business Banking, I worked in a number of roles across the Bank including in retail banking including Bank of Ireland Athlone and as a sales representative with Bank of Ireland Finance where I was responsible for South Mayo.I hold a Diploma in Financial Services and a Certificate in Financial Advice from The Institute of Bankers.I am from a farming background and actively work on the family farm. I also completed a Green Cert in Agriculture through Gurteen College
