I maintain a Consumer Law focused practice with our firm primarily in the areas of Consumer Bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 12, and 13), Foreclosure Defense and Appeals, Real Estate Servicing Litigation (primarily Reg X and Z), Bankruptcy Litigation including Student Loan Dischargeability and Claims Litigation all across Ohio, Kentucky, the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Northern District of Illinois.
