Responsible for running marketing projects through in-house agencies with creatives making sure deadlines are met, obstacles are removed and all material is reviewed, and in compliance with any financial law.Running daily stand up meetings using Adobe workfront to go over in progress projects. Worked on a naming convention generator using Airtable to build filenames for assets loaded to AEM that relate to data points. Key point person for creatives to come to for any questions on process or workflow of design process. Currently setting up a new workflow using Adobe Workfront, an Adobe experience manager to help speed to market with all creative materials, allowing for approvals to happen within the workfront proofing tool.

Responsible for all final delivery of project assets to our clients, being ontime, on budget, and to their standards. Work directly with clients at the start of a project to make sure everyone is aware of the scope of the project, what's needed and even providing a sample of assets to sign off before full production, and addressing any technical needs or custom workflows needed, or custom programing. Created Google dynamic dashboard updated with all clients work, status, and due date running off VMware ubuntu so staff could easily see when work was back from overseas and know what client to work on next. Initiated Workhorse and Global Edit workflow, worked with the Workhorse team to invent how approvals could flow from Globaledit to Workhorse allowing for real time client interaction, and seamless approval process. Always working to improve our internal processes with new workflows or automations to help eliminate mistakes, by inventing new PERL scripts to seamlessly sort, and upload new images from photographers to Workhorse, then to FTP, which allowed nightly image uploads to offshore vendors at any hour, saving us one day on SLA’s. Informing everyone on the project what the goals, timelines and deliverables needed so everyone understands their individual portion of a given engagement. Hired, and managed 14 employees, as well as 2 remote employees, as well as several freelancers as needed. Developed technical tools for my team to help visualize our projects in the way of a dynamic google chart that updates what work we have every 10 mins. Manage several external vendors, always evolving their process to match our standards so are able to scale as needed. Establish employee metric baseline to create and meet team goals.Own and manage a budget to drive towards efficiency and better value. Developed several technical processes to automate asset delivery to clients, as well as any custom needs for archiving, reporting, and delivery.

Responsibilities included: Re-touching images taken by GSI Studios photography & vendors; collaborated with photographers to invent interesting layouts. Managed the daily image workload, handled special requests from staff, monitored image file batching, troubleshoot images, reviewed nightly image push for errors, created new workflow processes, Layout and design, use & training of client proprietary imaging software, flash design.
