Achieved both goals in first year of employment.• Report results and updates during Quarterly Operations meetings attended by CEO, CFO, CIO, President, Department Heads and other Regional Directors.• Responsible for developing and achieving income and operating expense budgets for 9 markets.• Attend and provide assistance to Local and National Apartment Association events, trade shows and annual award banquets.• Meet with Regional Marketing Directors for larger property management companies to make recommendations regarding print and internet advertising to ultimately increase revenue for Apartment Guide.

• Manage staff of seven associates including Regional Marketing Directors, Graphic Designers, Media Planners and Public Relations all responsible for the marketing, print and Internet collateral and advertising for over 150 apartment communities throughout the United States.• Reported directly to CEO and Owner of Village Green Companies as well as COO and President of Village Green Management Company.• Create revenue opportunities to ensure achieving billing budget of over $5.5 million annually.• Work closely with our advertising agency to ensure consistent brand management of the four Village Green brands (Village Green, Village Park, City Apartments and Regents Park).• Work closely with Construction and Development departments during their respective phases of new construction, rehab, or repositioning of properties to ensure achieving lease up budgets and occupancy goals.

International business internship supervising a $10 million project for Pizza Hut and Domino's and quite possibly the best Internship ever. Thank you NAFTA! I gained incredible experience, learned practical use of Spanish and ran point on a huge project in a foreign country where english was not the first language. It was challenging and rewarding and taught me invaluable lessons of business and life and the world.
