People Research Scientist
Current~ Conduct research to identify, select, grow, and retain talent~ Managed people researchers conducting complex and highly sensitive legal and compliance investigations on an interim basis~ Lead enterprise-wide research to transform hiring practices~ Drive enhancements to internal performance management tools~ Partner with HR, Legal, and central diversity program teams on people projects to identify and deeply understand critical people issues and execute impactful research to drive improvements~ Communicate results of statistical analyses and implications, to technical and non-technical audiences
