Provided support for Censeo's 360 Survey, Knowledge Track, Employee Opinion Survey, and TalentSIM products.• Designed a powerful VB.Net desktop application used to migrate/compare code between test and production servers and was the main person responsible for production server code updates. This tool made production updates much quicker and less prone to error.• 360 Self-service Portal - Developed a complete C# ASP.Net application using many advanced features such as client customized styles/page content; separate classes for business/data access components; inherited base class; advanced error handling/logging; internationalization; and advanced Javascript capabilities.• Employee Opinion Survey report generator – A VB.Net desktop application that was used to create a wide variety of reports in PDF format. Some features included: client customizable reports; complex statistical calculations; use of classes and collections to hold data; use of threading and temporary tables to improve efficiency; and advanced SQL stored procedures and functions.• SQL Server – Designed/modified tables and created/modified complex stored procedures and functions using advanced T-SQL constructs.• 360 Survey platform - Globalized most of our .NET solutions. For our 360 Survey PDF reporting tools, discovered how to use third-party tool PDFLIB, in conjunction with a Unicode font, to produce reports in double-byte languages such as Chinese or Thai.• Did a large part of the development for Mercer's TalentSIM online managerial skills assessment platform, a VB.NET application making heavy use of AJAX.
