Responsible for the development and execution of an implementation plan that articulates the role of EchoStor in the delivery of the designed solution. Ensures implementation of activities is coordinated with EchoStor talent and Partner Resources. Acts as primary interface to the customer, vendor and all EchoStor personnel associated with the engagement.• Responsible for the delivery of the project plan developed for the customer based upon customer requirements and system architecture.• Maintains and submits clear and concise activity, progress and reports to customers, management, and sales.• Responsible for the implementation and daily management of activities, which are coordinated with EchoStor employees or Partner Resources.• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer and sales.• Provides a single point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement.• Ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project to the team: sales, customers and delivery personnel.Delivered Results:• Successfully managed the implementation of 5 NetApp systems installed in 4 US cities and 1 UK city, for one of the largest investment management firms in the world. • Coordinated the data center move of 11 NetApp controllers and 68 shelves moved over a five phase approach for a world leading company in the production of 3D design software.• Managed the logistics, installation, configuration, migration and cutover strategy of 9 new NetApp systems in 9 separate US and Canadian cities for the largest privately held economic consulting firm in the United States.
