Prioritized the repair of material at external vendors to meet customer commitment and demands. Developed procedures to insure material at external logistics provider is efficiently being managed through the facility and work with them to resolve discrepancies. Work with internal Nortel planning groups to insure C-Class material flow from stock and through the repair process.
