As Hardware Consultant in Sales and recently as an Operations Associate in Purchasing, I progressed through multiple departments acquiring skills in procurement and operations which ultimately led me to enhance the customer sales experience. Utilizing precise hardware specifications, I identify the customer's requirements and work with members of our Sales and Operations and teams to facilitate procurement, fulfillment, coordinating delivery. Daily use of customized Apache OFBiz ERP, and variety of cloud e-commerce CMS and machine-based programs draws on skills including working in team environments, analyzing order requirements and inventory demand, and completing tasks on my own.
