Brian McCormack currently leads UX Design in collaboration with Engineers, Program Managers, and Executives to evolve the Amazon Web Services (AWS) console experience for Amazon S3. Before AWS, he worked at Priceline.com, assessing and enhancing their web-based interfaces and front-end codebase based on business objectives and customer feedback. While at Priceline, Brian taught Foundations of Web Design at the University of Connecticut, Stamford. Before Priceline.com, he designed billboards, flash advertisements, web pages, flyers and posters for clients including Arizona Opera, Hoover Dirt Devil, and Six Sigma, at Vilocity Interactive in Phoenix, AZ.Brian thrives when working within cross-functional, collaborative teams that push each other to build experiences that deliver real and measurable value. Whether shaping a new product or simplifying part of an existing experience, he is driven to create focused products that make life easier and more enjoyable.Originally from New York (yes, he dearly misses the bagels), Brian moved to Seattle, WA in 2015, where he enjoys seeing mountains from the city and exploring nature on the weekends with his wife and two kids.
