My first real business experience was, when I, at the age of 17 (the times before the www) imported 12 containers of lighting equipment from Taiwan and conducted sales in Denmark.In 1998 I bought by first real estate – then another one and so on. In the early years, a lot of work and development was done with my own hands, even blueprints and architectural work – Skills I value highly today.In 2001 I was employed by the company X-pro, where we (2 people) developed the IPR protected Quadrant shelving system. Today sold all over the world. Among several development projects, a few stands out: Droshoved 8, 7120 Vejle Øst – One of the last building sites directly at the see in Vejle. The project was granted the cover of “BoBedre” Scandinavia’s leading housing magazines – www.bobedre.dk/boligen/boligreportage/huset-ved-fjordenA brewery and entertainment centre in Vejle, Denmark. The idea and development started in 2006 and included a new brewery and 2 restaurants, today named Remouladen.I was involved in the project of Tropical Islands in Berlin through a 50% ownership of Dansk Koncepthuse GmbH, a German Contractor. A very large development project was launched and a contract of 2100 vacation homes was closed. Due to the global financial environment the project was blocked in 2008.
