Promoted to Team Lead (2015) and then Manager (2016) where I was responsible for overseeing multi-well pad completions projects and mentoring engineer/technologists. Programmed and executed completions, including water injection conversions and horizontal multi-stage wells in the Cardium, Bakken and Slave Point. Worked closely with production operations to optimize production/injection from properties in AB and SK, conducting workovers and abandonments as necessary. Prepared capital & operating budgets and evaluations.

Coordinated all field operations, including surface land, drilling, completions, facilities, pipeline, production and abandonments for junior oil and gas company. Assisted management with budgets, financial statements, reserve evaluations and the corporate divestiture in July 2011.
