I recently graduated with a BS in Information Technologies from CSU Channel Islands and I am looking forward to beginning a career in a very exciting industry. I thoroughly enjoy working with computers and helping people understand them. I can explain technical problems in common ways to help translate to end users and give them an idea of the situation. I have experience with Microsoft Office systems, work order management, installing,supporting and troubleshooting many different types of common office software and hardware. I learn quickly and love to work with new technology. I can be team oriented or work on my own and pride myself in resolving a task.
