I led and managed a team of product managers responsible for commercializing a portfolio of blood-based diagnostics for physicians, starting with cardiovascular disease. I managed the product strategy, research, and business development activities for Wolters Kluwer Health's $35M+ Clinical Surveillance and Compliance solutions.I led a team that created and managed our 3-year strategic plan, authored all business plans to guide new innovations and investments in AI/ML, investigated adjacent and emerging markets, and managed business development relationships with EHRs and other distribution partners.

Directed the business strategy, market research, and marketing activities for Wolters Kluwer Health's $25M+ data and interoperability solution suite. Led a marketing team that created and managed our 3-year strategic plan, authored all business plans to guide net new investments in artificial intelligence and natural language processing, investigated and developed adjacent and emerging markets, managed core product responsibilities including pricing and packaging, competitive analysis, as well as managed the marketing mix for solutions within our core markets. Actively managed all inter-company business partnerships as well as distribution relationships with Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, the American Medical Association, and the American Hospital Association.

I managed and led the marketing team responsible for competitive analysis, market intelligence, outbound marketing activities, demand generation and the marketing mix for Health Language's data and interoperability products. Successfully established the company's lead management and marketing automation platform to identify, manage, and track marketing ROI.

OnPoint Medical was a medical device start-up focused on providing cloud-based analytics software for MRI and CT diagnostic imaging. I directed all Product and Marketing activities which included developing and managing the product strategy, market research, roadmap, establishing our key accounts and launching the company's first commercial product to the market.

3M develops dental products and supplies to help professionals improve patients’ dental health, increase their satisfaction with their dental procedures and promote lifelong oral well-being. I was responsible for 3M ESPE's Chairside Oral Scanner's manufacturing, supply chain and associated partners supporting an overall top line revenue of $8M. Successfully developed and secured partnership with HP to reduce product platform costs by over 60%.

Vital Images is an enterprise provider of advanced diagnostic imaging and interoperability solutions. I managed Vital's integrated CT/MRI visualization platform for radiology, cardiology, and oncology with PACS/IT (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) vendors including McKesson, General Electric, Sectra, and Philips. Product suite had a domestic install base of over 350 unique accounts supporting annual revenues of over $30M. Managed the enterprise roadmap and strategy for the Vitrea Enterprise Suite and worked with the Head of Product Management to ensure alignment with the solution strategy. Led the new product introduction of the Vitrea Enterprise Suite platform in 2009, which was awarded the 2009 Aunt Minnie Award for Best New Radiology Software Product.

Analyzed and developed the business requirements for Vital's integrated CT/MRI advanced visualization platform and assisted in managing the product roadmap as it relates to integration and workflow for radiology and cardiology. Managed integrated product offering which generated 30-40% YOY growth across 250 domestic accounts from 2005-2007 supporting annual revenues of $3-$4M.

Managed and established hardware and software integration processes with HP, Dell and 3rd party distributors for new and existing customers to reduce overall platform cost of goods by roughly 40%.
