CurrentOverseeing the daily operations and management of Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) resources that enable B2B eCommerce Portal sales and transactions. Researching market trends and working with various departments to successfully launch new products, campaigns and programs to increase B2B ecommerce sales. • Collaborating with the marketing department to plan and execute marketing activities, including on-site merchandising, email marketing, search engine marketing and title-based/seasonal promotional offers. Reviewing web analytics, developing recommendations for campaign optimization, and implementing these recommendations directly or via vendor partners.• Managing marketing team members that enable MCM programs and initiatives; creating data-driven MCM activities strategies that drive eCommerce B2B sales on the AMMEX Portal.• Interpreting MCM strategies into tactical plans including all possible online touchpoints with customers, including- but not limited to- websites, email, display, social media, search, and in-product marketing.• Working with key stakeholders to determine KPIs and utilizing Google Analytics to track and report success of the set goals. Ensuring accurate measurement plans demonstrate impact of MCM programs on eCommerce B2B sales and growth.• Pioneering the analysis of innovative digital and print bundled solution, providing a new sales opportunity for field sales and a new comprehensive marketing solution for clients. • Performing list hygiene and A/B testing which led to significant increases in email open rates and click through rates.
