FansRaise was a web/mobile platform that transformed the way performing and pageantry arts programs raise funds and engage with fans. As Founder, I led this passion project that resulted in 200+ fundraising campaigns and totaled over $1million for arts programs around the United States.Business Operations, profit/loss, scheduling, content creation, social media and demand gen marketing, live launch events, working with contractors and vendors - I learned tons through this experience!

I was hired to replace one of the original co-founders of the organization in a role that morphed frequently over the next 24 months due to the growth of SkillSurvey.My primary charge was to lead integrations and partnerships, which led to SkillSurvey's long-standing relationships with Taleo Oracle, Workday, and iCIMS (SkillSurvey was eventually acquired by iCIMS).In addition to building these partnerships, I built enablement materials and strategies to switch on these new partner channels (ATS integration of SkillSurvey into the major ATS platforms). Additionally I worked with our Field Marketing team to build a series of live events to drive customer and prospect engagement in 11 major US cities, in addition to live speaking, webinar events, and many other high-impact appearances within the HR Technology space.

Toolbox.com was acquired by CEB, which was eventually acquired by Gartner. In my role at Toolbox.com, I worked with tech marketers to build community engagement and demand gen programs leveraging the online community audiences at Toolbox.com. Customers such as Intel, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and others viewed our online community as a perfect way to find and engage with their target tech audience.Additionally, there was a smaller community building critical mass within the Toolbox for HR community that was not yet monetized. I created a GTM plan for that community, built out a marketing plan, and was given the authorization to launch campaigns into the Toolbox for HR community. We surpassed our annual goal inside of 9 months!
