In my career I have found that my best days are the ones where I've helped someone else have one of their best days. When you boil it down, what gets me pumped is getting others pumped. Rallying a group of people around a common goal or outcome is rewarding to me personally and it's an area that I thrive.I'm relationship driven, care about those I work with, and love to organize amazing ideas so that they can come to fruition. Other things that people have called me that I like: Gap-Filler, Hand-Raiser, Figure-Outerer. I love to take ambition and lay down the tracks to make it a reality.All of this has helped me succeed at work whether it's working with volunteers to run one of the country's largest Cinco de Mayo festivals, or building partnerships, operations, funding, and strategy to take a small start up to something national in scope.My love for connecting with people and getting things done doesn't stop when the workday is over and I have spent many years involved with organizations like the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network or having fun with side hustles like my food bike, Geno's Gelato. I have elementary school twins which means that my personal passions of the moment include being a Dad, Dad Jokes, discovering the most appropriate cleaning solution for any given situation and getting socks as gifts.
