tl;dr I've been publishing professionally since before I could drive, I've been writing about ad tech since 2011. Today, I work on content projects for Crenshaw Communications, a Mod Op Company, and their ad tech/B2B clients. Over the years, I've worked extensively (often freelance) as a content marketer, addressing issues and developing trends across the whole digital ad ecosystem. Recent topics of focus include identity, contextual, ad quality and security, CTV and OTT, AI, AR, social commerce, brand safety and security, and measurement.I feel fortunate that I've always made my living doing what I do best, around subjects that interest me personally. To that, I credit my prose chops, my attention to detail, my commitment to learning new skills and understanding people, and my willingness to take chances. Along the way, I've been a garage rock guitarist, an alt-weekly music journalist, an ad tech reporter and editor, a PR writer, a manager of a performance space, and a content marketing pro. I've been told that's an unusual route, but each step has felt natural to me.I am where I am because I'm passionate about the sustainability of quality media, and I'm fascinated by the technology that helps media companies best serve their audiences. While I have a full workload at this time, I'm game to talk shop.Specialties: Digital media, content marketing, writing, proofreading, reporting, editing, communication, social media, tech, music, culture

University of Space Records is a digital and tape label dedicated to the recording, distribution, and promotion of music by emerging acts from the DIY underground. We're focused on acts that produce melodic, high-energy music – in particular, garage rock, powerpop, and indiepop. This label is the first iteration of the broader independent multimedia arts.
