I was the main (if not only) remedy support individual responsible for a system that started out as out of the box and then was completely modified until it barely resembled the orginal OTB applications. They used change and problem modules only, even though they had SLA and asset. It was a job that kept me quite busy and made it hard for me to justify time off.
