Worked on next-generation autonomous vehicle platforms

• Sofar Ocean Technologies is the result of a merge of OpenROV and Spoondrift Technologies• Lead a production team of four full-time and three part-time employees across two product lines

• Brought a consumer underwater drone through EVT, DVT, PVT, and full scale production at a CM• Developed the MPI, production flow, and testing requirements for stable production • Manage the international supply chain for this product including all ordering, logistics, and supplier relations • Oversee the day to day operations of the production line and quickly assess and solve any issues that come up • Setup and manage Arena PLM and ECO process

• Oversaw the entire Trident project (the first consumer underwater drone which created a new market category)• Tackled engineering challenges as they came up, balancing quality, timeline, and cost• Sourced components and initiated relationships with supplier in the United States and in China• Managed all regulatory certifications and compliance, including FCC and CE

• Conducted research and development of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs)• Managed the supply chain for our open-source kit to minimize inventory on hand• Wrote and maintained the public documents for ROV assembly• Implemented a testing and validation process for vehicle software before public release• Served as principal customer support agent for technical troubleshooting

I provided tours of the school of engineering to prospective students. The tours were about 45 minutes and allowed me to show the students all the lab spaces and what the University has to offer. I also gave tours to much larger groups like school groups and summer camps.

Two year project to design and build a solar powered and sustainable house• Created dynamic public relations campaigns utilizing social media reaching 5,000+ people daily• Served as the liaison with media contacts for written articles and interviews• In charge of tours for 20,000 individuals through the solar house at competition over an 8-day period• Directed outreach programs that reached 25,000+ students from around the country• Developed and maintained public website reaching an audience of 100,000 individuals
