Establish relationships and maintain communication with pathologists, laboratory staff, physicians, surgeons and nursing.

Responsibilities include implementation and management of clinical laboratory equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, customer training and continuing education. Design and performance of clinical workshops, training sessions and continuing education programs. Instruction and development of troubleshooting and documentation skills utilizing.

Routinely performed all aspects of patient testing, maintenance, quality control and troubleshooting of laboratory methods. Experience in writing laboratory QA, QC and testing procedures. Responsibilities included teaching, lecturing and interviewing Medical Technology students.
