About Brian Groff

I am an Executive sales leader with over 26 years of experience in the information technology industry, with the last 23 of those years being in video communications, collaboration and UCaaS. I have always specialized in early stage growth companies and have been and integral part of two successful exits. One acquisition and one IPO. I had the privilege of spending almost 5 years at Zoom before making the decision to step away from the company and hit pause on my tech career. Most recently, I served as the Head of Enterprise Sales - Western U.S.. Prior to serving in this capacity I was brought in to lead the effort of building (from scratch) and growing Zoom's Enterprise business in the Central U.S. and Canada as the Head of Enterprise Sales - Central Region/Canada.Prior to Zoom I jumped on board with Video Guidance (sale and name change to Pinnaca in 2015) at the company’s inception in 1999 where I served as Vice President of Sales for North America, prior to exiting in 2018. I was initially brought on as the company’s first senior account manager and was blessed to have been given the opportunity to expand my role into leadership which enabled me to build and grow a national sales team and lead the company to consistent revenue and profitability growth over my 18 years. Previous experience includes senior level sales positions at Aerotek Corporation and Cotellignet Inc.I enjoy, more than anything, building teams from the ground up and helping others reach their goals. There is joy in watching others reach the potential that even they may have not know they had.
