As BCG's North America COO, I oversee the firm's operations, human resources, and business services teams in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica. I also serve on BCG's Global Operations and People Leadership Teams, and played leadership roles on the firm's North America COVID-19 Response Team and Racial Equity Taskforce. I am proud to be an active member of BCG's Pride Network.I started at BCG in 2007 as a summer consultant, and joined full-time in 2008 in the Los Angeles office.
