Brian is a proven product leader with a focus on cross-platform games. He has experience leading teams at high growth companies and has been a leader in large, highly successful companies. He has led the conception, development, launch, and operation of games which have reached millions of active users.In 2018 Brian co-founded Coinflip Studios, a consumer-oriented incubation studio targeting emerging technology and platform opportunities. Coinflip Studios developed and launched games in a number of categories, including instant games and virtual reality. After his experience at Zynga, Brian led product at Rocket Games and was general manager for the company's core business. Founded in 2013, Rocket Games was a leading social casino developer that was acquired by Penn National Gaming in July 2016. Prior to Rocket, Brian was the product lead at Zynga Poker, one of Zynga's original flagship products and still one of the largest franchises at the company. While working on Zynga Poker, he led the product team and shipped features across a variety of platforms. He was highly successful at improving product retention, monetization, and engagement through live operations. Brian received an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, where he concentrated on digital media and technology management. Early in his career he was a strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting, serving clients in a variety of projects ranging from M&A to technology strategy.
