Researched unique historic fact about the city and incorporated past into present facts into stories shared with guests. Shared with colleagues so they could also use the information with all guests. Researched and developed congenial and unique relationships with purveyors of all types of restaurant, bars and wineries in order to tailor suggestions to the different interests of the guests and to make sure repeat guests could both experience variety when they wanted but also return to some old familiars when that is just what they needed.
