My passion for technology started early—I wrote my first line of code at age 7 and never looked back. Growing up in Palo Alto, I was fortunate to study computer science at Stanford University while still in middle school. My professional journey began at Coupons.com, a top 50 web property, before I ventured out to start a software development firm focused on the then-new iPhone platform. We launched over 20 apps, earned numerous awards, and reached millions of users.I then joined StorSimple, a startup that was later acquired by Microsoft, where I contributed to building out Windows Azure. Afterward, I helped found Portworx, which was eventually acquired by Pure Storage. My next venture was co-founding Nearby, a location-based social network that grew to over 13 million users. Currently, I’m the CTO of a new startup in the event space called Vently.Throughout my career, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with both small startups like Cardiac Designs and large enterprises like HP, blending my love for innovation with a deep commitment to building impactful technology.
