My duties include selection and management of all tools used by the HIS Sign team. We currently use eRSP for our scheduling, Phone.com and Line2 for our phones, iPhones and AT&T for our cell phones, our email and calendars are hosted by an Exchange Server managed by Optimal Solutions, Dropbox for our file management, Adobe Muse for our website, Any Meeting for our online meetings and webinars, iCapture on the iPad for workshop registration, QuickBooks for our bookkeeping, LogMeIn for remote access to our computers, SiteGround for our website hosting, Go Daddy for our URL Registration, You Send It for sending large files.

In my current position I work with our Sr. Pastor and create the graphic and PowerPoint used during the Sunday Service. I periodically create videos that are used for either Sunday Service support, for Ministry Recruitment or to highlight Missions trips. I work with the youth of the church as well as other adults to run the projection and sound during Sunday Service. I also utilize my computer technical skills for hardware, software, network and projection throughout the church.

Over the past 19+ years I held a number of positions within Visa where I managed teams, provided project management, deployed 3rd party software and was a technical individual contributer. During this time I gained experience on UNIX and Windows Servers as well as on Mainframes (MVS).
