After separating the IT systems of the Wrist Group’s two divisions, I transferred to a new executive IT management position in the new O.W. Bunker. In this position, I devised the company’s IT strategy, and developed and regularly optimised its digital infrastructure. My work involved: • Development of the IT department to be an active and integral asset to the core business• Stabilization of the company’s IT and IT organization • Implement a shift of paradigm in the company by putting strategic focus ITAfter O.W. Bunker’s bankruptcy in 2014, I remained in my position up until 2015, where I was recruited by Louis Nielsen/Specsavers. I was later hired by O.W. Bunker’s bankruptcy estate as a consultant, where I have contributed to the process of collecting receivables through specially developed portals and IT systems in recent years.

With me at the helm, the company’s red IT audit report turned green with no remarks. I stabilised and developed the company’s IT systems that went from weekly system errors to only 13 minutes of downtime a year. When I started at Sanistål, the company had two computers with internet access. When I left Sanistål, the company had developed into a state-of-the-art, streamlined organisation with 2,300 graphical workplaces. In 11 years, I headed the development and execution of Sanistål’s IT strategies.
