Strategy: Responsible for CIO-level charter to champion business needs and IT tools.Manage: Lead entire IT group, helpdesk, external contractors, and $1M/year budget.Compliance: Implement changes to IT systems related to PCI, SOX, NIST, CMMC, and others.ERP: Intimately familiar with all aspects of ERP systems to fully utilize its capabilities from quoting, ordering, inventory, lot controls, shipping, capacity, scheduling, and more.Applications: Responsible for over 200 different software applications. Envisioned and wrote a custom software deployment application to push out software, configuration, and updates.Integration: Built numerous solutions to seamlessly integrate our ERP with other off-the-shelf systems, including UniPoint (Quality), GageTrak (tools), ATMS (tooling), DocuWare (document management), SMS (wireless barcode scanners), and other IoT systems.Document Management: Envisioned new paperless business processes focused on ease of use. Wrote RFP, performed software selection, and subsequently implemented DocuWare. Wrote extensive integrations with our ERP and Active Directory, in addition to creating complex workflows, virtually eliminating all paper processes.Networking: Continuously configure and replace network infrastructure to keep pace with business needs. Numerous initiatives over the years: Firewalls, VPN, SSL VPN, Core Switches, Edge Switches, HP ClearPass, wireless, and more.Workstations: Continuously upgrade Windows workstation environment with Deployment Server and Workbench. Environment includes the enforcement of UAC, Windows Firewall, AppLocker whitelisting, antivirus solutions, software deployment, and rigorous security groups.Servers: Mange all hardware, VMWare, Windows Servers, HP Nimble SAN’s, and backups.SQL: Manage all Microsoft SQL Servers, SSRS, and extremely comfortable writing TSQL.
