My passion is helping CNC manufacturers find solutions through robotics. Solutions including having an answer to the question, “Is there a better way?” At VersaBuilt, the answer is, “Yes.” Our technology is solving some of the biggest automation headaches faced by CNC manufacturers, especially in high-mix, low-volume production. This technology changes the way work is done, significantly reducing the time and expense of CNC operations in industries from aerospace and medical equipment to firearms and automotive. In these industries, the challenges are the same: running operations most efficiently, lights-out production, increasing capacity and reducing the number of workers needed, especially in the shrinking labor market. VersaBuilt makes it practical and affordable to use automation in manufacturing where it was simply not possible before. I work with CNC manufacturers to help them find the right answer for their own operations: to assess manufacturing needs, products and process, and identify options that will meet --- and usually exceed --- production objectives.
