As the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MOORING, I lead the national market development efforts for disaster mitigation, general contracting, and job order contracting, serving a diverse range of clients in the public and private sectors.I am also a member of the executive leadership team and support the national catastrophe emergency response as part of the deployed incident command team.
