As the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MOORING, I lead the national market development efforts for disaster mitigation, general contracting, and job order contracting, serving a diverse range of clients in the public and private sectors.I am also a member of the executive leadership team and support the national catastrophe emergency response as part of the deployed incident command team. I have extensive functional experience in sales leadership, talent development, process and deliverables, multiple methods of construction delivery and compliance, governmental affairs representation, P&L management, and executive leadership.
