Brian is a Partner in PwC’s Consumer and Industrial Products practice based in Chicago and serves as the Global Consumer Markets Assurance Leader. In his role as lead client partner, he has gained substantial experience leading global teams and working with audit committees and senior executives as well as companies undergoing significant change to their business, finance and information systems. With over 22 years of experience, he brings value to his clients by combining his deep industry and technical experience and leadership with a practical approach.Brian has a passion for and deep expertise in the consumer goods industry! He also has significant experience leading audits of multi-national companies with an extensive network across the PwC global firm from living, working and traveling internationally. Brian’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, accounting for complex transactions, capital markets activities (including public offerings such as spin transactions and debt financings), restructurings, discontinued operations, and other consumer industry accounting issues. He also has extensive experience with SEC reporting and capital markets transactions.
