Currently a Director at Each&Other, an award winning global UX and product design company that helps companies transform their customer experience by focusing on user needs. Has lead significant UX research and design projects for Google, Zurich, Stripe, Salesforce, Peloton, Three, Vodafone, Bank of Ireland, Bank of the West, BNP Paribas, Musgraves and many, many Backer for continuous improvement in design practice as: a member of the Design Enterprise Skillnet steering group; a member of the UX Design Institute Advisory Council; and a contributor to programmes in CX for start ups with Enterprise Ireland and it’s associated bodies.Co-created both the Communicating Research module for the H. Dip in UX Research from the UXDI and the UX for Marketing Experts module for the IMI. Before starting Each&Other, he worked in communications and product for Google, supported the Offset creative festival, and ran a publishing company called Mob rule media.
