Traffic Manager, Creative
CurrentWith a primary function of coordinating the movement of all jobs through the Creative Services team, I ensure the team delivers a consistent brand experience and upholds the visual identity across the organization and all its product segments.As a brand champion I guide and enable all partners and stakeholders to strengthen the Geotab brand through consistent application. I am successful at building productive relationships with agencies and vendor partners, and communicate the visual identity to ensure excellence in all creative executions.• Responsible for scheduling, producing and delivering all work developed by the creative department, overseeing and providing daily management of the creative output. I manage the workflow and day-to-day operations of the creative team, including setting priorities, assigning resources, and ensuring project goals are achieved.• Through consistent communication, I coach the designers and elevate the brand in design quality, with a focus on the company’s design strategy, through ideation on initial concepts of a project with storyboards, illustrations, descriptions, etc; • I am a team player who is amped to roll up my sleeves and jump in on any task with a very strong ability to prioritize work and assign resources across multiple projects based on short- and long-term needs.• In the implementation of a new workflow system, I identified opportunities for improved workflow/processes and support the introduction and optimization of Wrike for the creative team.• I strive to enhance the creative vision on all projects through a strategic approach, with a customer-first mindset, engaging with key cross-segment stakeholders with a goal to build the brand.
